Aussie Wine tours reserve the right to cancel, alter or vary any itinerary or tour for any reason that it feels are in the best interests of passenger comfort or safety or for any other reason.
Deposit Policy: A valid credit card confirmation is required at the time of booking to the value of 50% of the total hire/tour, 14 days prior to hire/tour date the final amount equal to 50% of the total hire/ tour will be debited from the guaranteed credit card given at the time of booking. If a reservation is made within 14 days of hire/tour then the total amount of the hire/tour will be due and payable.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size cancellations affect us greatly so if cancelling within 30 days of hire/ tour an amount equal to 50% of the total booking will be charged to your credit card. Should we receive less than 14 days notice of hire/tour, the full booking amount will be taken. All cancellations must be sent by email or facsimile, and will be acknowledged by Aussie Wine Tours who will send a confirmation of the cancellation. We strongly recommend you insure against the loss of deposit & final payment in the event of having to cancel your booking for any reason.
We reserve the right to refuse to visit certain wineries if we believe that they are unsuitable for any reason.
